Cancellations

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event will be not be refunded. Cancellations made prior to 31 days of the scheduled event will receive a refund of half of the deposit.  A fee of $50.00 of the $100.00 student fee and $150.00 of the $300.00 non-student fee will be charged (prices mentioned effective January 1, 2010).  Ceremony cancellations must be submitted in writing and signed by the person(s) that made the reservation. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refunds.

Changes to the scheduled time reserved for a wedding must be submitted in writing and signed by the bride and/or groom that made the reservation. Changes to other events must be signed by the contact person. A minimum of 2 weeks advance notice of the rescheduled time is required. It is acceptable to send changes via fax to 785-864-4595. In cases of rescheduling, we will attempt to accommodate your needs, but please be aware that the schedule fills up quickly and there may not be enough flexibility to allow changes.

Other events scheduled must be signed by the contact person. Please allow six-eight weeks for refunds.
