Changes to the scheduled time reserved for a wedding must be submitted in writing and signed by the bride and/or groom that made the reservation. Changes to other events must be signed by the contact person. A minimum of 2 weeks advance notice of the rescheduled time is required. It is acceptable to send changes via fax to (785) 864-4595. In cases of rescheduling, we will attempt to accommodate your needs, but please be aware that the schedule fills up quickly and there may not be enough flexibility to allow changes.
